Things are shifting and you just have to get used to them. There's never anything certain in life and I'm just starting to accept that. It's time to forget about the things I thought I knew, and loved, and to find something else. Not a bad thing necessarily, but quite a big thing. Please be patient with us and our little hearts.
I went for a run this morning. This is noteworthy for two reasons, a) this morning, and b) a run. Call it motivation, call it a change, call it a sudden realisation of what's good for you and what's not.
Anyone else get up in the morning today? What did you do? please let me know as I plan to make a habit of this and need some suggestions...
