thought i would check in-maybe just with myself though..
so things are going good with us-we are currently finishing off a batch of demos and still working on new ones...
There are three from this lot that i think sound real sweet-none of them have real names yet...working titles that are awful like pingy and chuggy but they are sounding good which is the main thing.
hopefullly we should be able to let people listen to them soon-maybe the end of this month. we are taking our time because we want to make sure they sound right-obviously everything we do now-well at least the first stage- will be compared to old Make Model songs-and that's not a problem-we are happy that the new songs would have stood up against old ones-it's just that we don't want to undersell them by letting them out undercooked.
It's weird coz only us 5 have heard them-not even our managers. Well actually i played some to my friends on a late drunked night but that doesnt count as it was like seven in the morning and we were quite far gone by that point...
what else, I completed the half marathon-god it was so much harder than i expected coz i trained pretty hard for it
I think my problem was i trained mostly on the canal which is pretty flat and this was all street running-but i did it and its my third medal for running...cool
I'm now aiming to do a whole marathon-Paris in April...whoah
i'm having like an off month just now so only running for fun but got to be able to run tenmiles without stopping before november
ah strong
also my piano practice is coming along great-my teacher says I'm learning really fast-gonna wait to do my grade one in spring although I'm nearly there now they only do them at specific times of year and she needs to teach me theory still blah
well
actually i gotta go-but will write again-
it's nice to so this to do this so I can see how I'm getting on myself-
